Simplified invoice processing
MonitorCard eliminates much of the hassle and paperwork involved in administering fuel and maintenance purchases. It replaces hundreds of invoices and multiple accounts with individual outlets.
You receive a single consolidated HMRC approved invoice with all fuel and maintenance transactions broken down by card and cost centre, making reporting and cost reallocation straight forward.
Consolidated VAT reporting entirely removes the need to process individual garage invoices and till receipts.

Improved security features
MonitorCard incorporates a range of security measures that include electronic detection of possible suspect transaction patterns, plus the ability to block lost or stolen cards as soon as they are reported.
Fuel cards can be restricted to fuel and oil purchases, plus vehicle washes if required. Additional items such as food or drink are excluded.
You can allocate cards to either drivers or vehicles or both, giving you flexibility as well as control.
