Arval UK highly rated for customer service by Autotrader

We have been recognised by AutoTrader for the customer experience it provides to used car buyers. Since last year, it has been working with AutoTrader to offer a nationwide home delivery solution to consumers. This means that customers can view and buy its vehicles online and we will then deliver them to their chosen UK location for free.

Every Arval advert contains around 40 images of the vehicle so customers can make an informed choice without any unwanted surprises. All vehicles go through an independent 128-point AA inspection and are sold with a 12-month warranty. If the customer is not completely satisfied within the first 14 days, they can request to return the vehicle, at which point we will collect it and give them a full refund. Since launching, customer feedback has been fantastic and is reflected in this award.

This award is based on three specific criteria:

  • Volume of recent reviews on AutoTrader
  • A high overall review rating on AutoTrader
  • Level of interaction with reviews by replying to them

This has spanned the development of the proposition, our internal procedures and the support we provide throughout the sales process. Because we offer a fully digital service, most car buyers haven’t purchased in this way before. That’s why it’s really important that the entire customer journey is a fair, trusted and transparent one and this is a great reflection of that.”
