New Executive Team Appointments at Arval UK

Two senior internal appointments have been made to Arval UK’s executive team with Corrine Barton becoming Director of Global Operations and Joel Lund named as the business’s new Commercial Director.
 
Corrine joined Arval in 1995 holding a variety of customer facing roles. Her first senior leadership roles were as Head of Sales and Partnerships and Chair of the business’s Shadow Executive Team. Most recently, as Head of Networks she was pivotal in the company’s response to the pandemic, ensuring that essential fleets remained mobile during lockdown and that overall customer service standards were not just maintained but measurably improved.
 
Now as Director of Global Operations, replacing Joel Lund, she will be responsible for driver and retail customer services, and supply-chain networks including collections and fleet services.
 
Joel joined Arval UK in 2008 as Head of Corporate Sales and has more than a quarter of a century of experience in the leasing sector. For the last three years, as Global Operations Director he has been involved in securing group investment to support UK customers as well as setting benchmarks for use on an international basis.
 
His new role – replacing former Commercial Director, Paul Hyne, who has moved outside of the business – will see him take on overall responsibility for all Arval UK commercial activities including corporate, retail and partner sales channels.
