About the role

As an Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the retaining our Remarketing customers, focussing on delivering an exceptional customer service by being the first point of contact for all queries and complaints, whilst constantly looking to improve services levels and support offered.

About you

We are looking for an outstanding Journey Maker with customer focus at the heart of what they do. The best of the best, as we pride ourselves on providing exceptions Customer Experience – whether to internal or external customers.

Relationships are what makes you tick and you will stop at nothing to ensure your customers are pampered to blushing point. You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Used to taking ownership of all that comes your way, whilst demonstrating complete professionalism and tact comes naturally to you.
