About the role

In this role as a Field Sales Manager you will be given a large geographical area covering Northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Looking exclusively after Hyundai dealerships, you will spend your time planning and then visiting these dealers. Your brief will be to support them, so they understand our products and help them overcome any barriers to success. You will be their leasing expert and so be readily available to answer queries and come up with timely and commercial solutions. They, like us, have ambitious targets to hit and you will play a very important part in everyone achieving the budgeted success and growth.

As the face of Arval you will be highly visible to your customers. Developing these relationships will ensure complete customer satisfaction. As will focusing with a commercial and strategic view point.

This is a large region to manage so time management and flexibility is essential as occasional overnight stays may be required. You will be based from home and will be given a complete home working kit. The successful applicant will be based on patch on UK mainland.

Pay Zone level – B2 (depending on skills and experience) Salary range £32,500-£45,000 + commission + incredible benefits! 

 

About you

This role is all about relationships. So you will need to be able to swiftly and effortlessly move throughout businesses, whether externally or internally, quickly developing meaningful relationships. A key part of this role will be the ability to listen to the customer, quickly get to grips with any issues, shape a solution and then follow it through. These Consultancy skills will be vital to your success. As will having a finely tuned commercial mentality, proven Account Management history and effortless presentation skills.

Finally, it’s important that you are self-managed, clear in your focus and able to flex between operational and strategic long term goals.
