About the role

An exciting opportunity to join Arval UK, Swindon as a Sales Executive (internally known as Acquisition Executive). You’ll be joining the White Label team, with a key objective to renew our customers through the sale of both personal and business contract hire. You’ll be given the autonomy to offer other related products through our renewals process. In addition, you’ll help sign up new customers wherever possible working in conjunction with our new vehicle dealer network.  

You’ll support our customers in their decision making process with relevant product knowledge and appropriate advice. Achieving set (individual and team) targets will guarantee monthly commission payments, topped up with an end of year accelerator commission.

This role is comes with a basic salary of up to £23,000 depending on skills, knowledge, and experience, with an additional commission element of £14,322.00 OTE. 

We have a hybrid approach to working, which means you can split your time between our office in Swindon and home once you are fully up to speed.

About YouWe are looking for a highly articulate individual with a background in sales who is able to build relationships quickly, before ascertaining customer requirements, identifying an attractive solution that fits those requirements, then closing the sale.

Your telephone manner will be exceptional, along with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work to ambitious targets including those related to productivity, sales and contract renewal/extension through first class service delivery, ensuring you are fully compliant with regulatory guidelines and requirements. You will be able to work well in a team, as well as individually and clearly understand the importance of this for overall success.
