About the role
In this challenging role, you will spend your time supporting our external Broker partners as well as working very closely with other key internal stakeholders with Arval. You will have responsibility for a selection of brokers and will manage and support them with anything sales related, working towards achieving your monthly sales target. From generating new business from campaigns to renewing and extending existing contracts, you will provide your brokers with the high standards of customer service they expect. You will handle a real mix of proactive and reactive work with pace, accuracy and humour. In addition, you will provide a full sales administration support that includes quotes and sales administration. All the while ensuring we hit our SLA’s and our reputation is intact. This role really is customer led and you will be joining a team that operates at a fast pace with high-pressure deadlines and customer expectations.
Pay zone level A3
This role is all about interacting with customers, so we need someone who is able to build relationships quickly, be on hand to help and assist, whilst listening and delighting the customer along the way. Sometimes the pressure will be on, so you will not only have the necessary confidence to handle all that comes your way, but the organisational skills and ‘emotional intelligence’ to keep on top.
In essence, your communication skills are awesome and you will be known for your resilience and ability to juggle many tasks, whilst maintaining accuracy and a sense of humour.
Finally, you will be highly motivated and happy to take ownership of all you do, whilst also committed to the team.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
- Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Happy to work autonomously
- High personal motivation
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Effective planning and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively when under pressure
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role would be an advantage.
