HR Analyst
Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2024
Part time 29 hours a week - Swindon Office - Hybrid
About the role
This is a great opportunity to cover a maternity cover within our HR Team. You will reporting in to the HRBP and supporting the HR Team by managing, updating and reporting on our people data. Through ‘owning’ our Headcount tracker (in Excel), which monitors our ever-changing head count, you will be the ‘go to’ person for a variety of stakeholders needing up to date, accurate data. Regular and ad hoc requests for reports and HR specific dashboards will see you monitoring and providing data related to a wide range of topics. From tracking absence and Temp/Contractor movements, to providing Executive reports and social reporting, this role will be varied and challenging.
Most of your stakeholders will be internal across HR, but will also include Finance and IT teams. In addition, information is often required by our HQ in Paris and by corporate (BNP Paribas) colleagues in London.

The HR Analyst will receive a benefits package at Pay Zone level A4 - This includes a basic salary of up to £30,000 pro rata and a bonus of up to £1,100 pro rata.
We operate a hybrid working option, which means you will be able to equally split your time between our office in Swindon and home once you are fully trained in the role.
This role is Fixed Term Contract until 30th June 2024 for 29 hours a week (across 4/5 days – we can flex, so it’s up to you!)

About you
You will be just as comfortable with your head in the data, analysing and looking for trends, as you are with working in a team and building relationships with internal stakeholders. It is vital you have an analytical brain, an eye for the detail and unwavering accuracy in all that you do. To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised and able to deliver accurate reports and data in a timely way (sometimes without much notice).
Proficient across Microsoft tools, in particular Excel, we need someone who is confident and capable with Pivot tables and V Look Ups.
You will be joining a high achieving (and award winning!) HR team. We are always looking to improve our offering to all customers and improve the experience all our customers have. You will need to be on the same page!
