About the role
In this challenging role you will be responsible for helping internal colleagues by providing technical support to sort queries and issues relating to their Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones and Printers. The role is based in Swindon but you will also be responsible for delivering support across all our UK offices.

To be successful in this role you will need to have gained experience in a similar role and so be more than capable of supporting Windows 10 and all MS Office 2010 applications, configuring mobile phones using MDM (Mobile device management), administrating Active Directory and fully versed using Anti-virus and security applications.
Most importantly though, you will bring with you a solution orientated mind-set that is completely customer focused. You must be the type of person who not only thrives on technical challenges but also has the human touch so are able to show empathy and be flexible in your approach.
