About the role

Are you a tech savvy and data driven, proactive Marketeer? If so – this role is just for you.

You’ll be a Marketing innovator, embracing the power of technology to deliver marketing excellence through personalised email and digital campaigns.

You will focus on targeted, automated marketing campaigns to generate and nurture sales leads and increase customer engagement, whilst working closely with the Marketing Delivery Manager to analyse and evaluate trends to improve our marketing approach across a wide range of channels and audiences.

Using our CRM and marketing automation platforms, you will build targeted audience lists and campaigns covering lead generation, lead nurture, promotion, cross-sell/up-sell, customer retention and engagement within the overall marketing strategy and the customer/prospect journey.

You’ll be working alongside a growing marketing team, so there’s plenty of opportunities for collaborating with and learning from other team members.

About You

You’ll be a creative spark, brimming with ideas and adept at writing engaging copy in our customer-focussed tone of voice. You’ll have had hands on and practical experience in creating and managing automated marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B and B2C environments.

You’ll be familiar with landing page creation – and will understand how to navigate the tools, systems and platforms that really make the most out of automated, data driven marketing.

You’ll be able to spot opportunities for personalisation using dynamic content – looking towards the future of marketing and helping us to really get ahead of the game in marketing automation.  Innovation and agility will be your middle names.

You’ll have a love for analysis, happily reviewing an end to end campaign – linking together the creative concept with reporting, analysis, live evaluation and recommendations to “improve as we go”.

You will welcome ownership and accountability, be creative and solution focussed. Above all, you must love delivering exceptional customer-centric marketing through a data driven and smart approach.

The salary range for this role is £25,000 to £30,000, along with an annual bonus of up to £1,000.
