About the role

With our strategic vision, rapid changes in vehicle technology and our evolving customer base, our Product and Proposition team has never been busier. In addition to our core products around vehicle leasing, we are looking at an ever-diverse range of flexible solutions for our customers. Exciting times mean growth, and this where you come in.


In this exciting role, you will own one or more products. Full ownership will give you complete accountability for the success of each product. From strategic planning, to day-to-day management, diving deep for insights, governance, and, ultimately, commercial P&L success, it will all come down to you.


You will join a team that is building a pioneering and agile Product function with a common goal: great outcomes for our customers.


Pay Zone level B2


Salary range: £43,000-50,000 plus £4,600 bonus, car/allowance & superb corporate benefits.


We offer Hybrid working (up to 2 days working from home per week)

About you

We are looking for someone with the right balance experience and behaviours – how you go about things is just as important as what you know. You’ll need to have experience in product management and be able to demonstrate how the way you work has brought you success. A background in the automotive leasing sector would be the icing on the cake, but isn’t essential.


Our Product and Proposition team is customer obsessed. Every idea starts and finishes with the customer, so to be successful in this role, you will need to clearly evidence how this approach has shaped your career to date. Experience of agile working and project management will be beneficial to this role. If you happen to have worked in a complex, multinational corporate organisation then that may help, but it’s not essential.


You will need a keen commercial eye and a delivery-focused mindset to get things done. This will sometimes be challenging, so both an inquisitive problem-solving attitude and the ability to dive deep into detail are tools you’ll have in your tool kit. We will also be looking for you to challenge us. This team values intelligent disruption!

This is a Pay Zone B2 role with a basic salary range of £43,000 - £50,000 plus £4,200 bonus pa and comes with a company car or cash allowance alternative.
