Joining us, your passion and skill will help make every journey a great one, and we’ll help you steer from strength to strength.   About the role    In your day to day duties you will assess and deliver quality unfair wear and tear appraisals on vehicles returned to us at the end of their Mid-Term contract. This role is office based and you will carry out assessments on a computer viewing photographic and written reports to decide if a vehicle has been returned with reasonable wear and tear, or not. You will then notify the customer of your findings. You will develop relationships internal and externally with suppliers ensuring business objectives are achieved and make recommendations to any process improvements you have identified to improve our offering.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

About you  We are looking for someone from the motor industry ideally with experience gained in a body shop environment or maybe you have worked in the rental trade. Basically you will have the ability assess damage reports and data and be able to make a decision as to whether any damage is fair or not when a contract has ended and a vehicle is returned. You will have BVRLA experience and knowledge to back this up ideally. By nature you will be thorough and methodical in your approach to work and have good written and verbal communication skills. You will have a helpful and adaptable approach and be able to manage a high volume workload on an on-going basis. All this, whilst maintaining databases and records with a keen eye for detail and integrity/reliability.   What's in it for you?
