About the role 

In this role you will co-ordinate and process the admin activity associated within the MTR business, from vehicle purchase through to the sale of the vehicle at end of life. You will liaise with our customers (drivers) to arrange mutually convenient times and dates for the vehicle to be delivered to them and then repeat this for collection at the end of contract, as well as liaising with suppliers to ensure the logistics is coordinated as smoothly as possible.  You will also be responsible for the associated data handling from updating systems to document control and from processing vehicles purchased and sold for the MTR fleet to ensuring all keys are in order and identifiable. 

 

About you

We are looking for a friendly, team-oriented individual who is organised and can quickly pick up and follow processes. You must have experience of delivering excellent customer service and be proficient in processing data across multiple systems. This job requires someone with strong administration and communication skills and we really want to attract someone who will take real pride in their work to ensure that the customer is receiving the best service possible and that improvements are flagged, acknowledged and actioned as we look to grow this business. We need someone who cares about how our customers view us so this is important.

Ultimately, you will be joining a small but perfect team, so you will be someone who is prepared to help with the good of the team always in the forefront of your mind.
