Mid Term Rental Team

About the role 

In this challenging role you will co-ordinate and process all administrative activity associated within our Mid Term Rental (MTR) business: 

You will liaise with our customers (drivers) to arrange mutually convenient times and dates for the vehicle to be delivered to them and then repeat this for collection at the end of contract. Liaise with our internal Account Managers and work very closely with key supplier partners to ensure the logistics is coordinated and carried out as smoothly as possible. You will also keep the customer updated and answer any queries they have too. 

Finally, you will also be responsible for the associated data handling from updating systems and document control All the while maintaining an extremely high level of attention to detail so we remain GDPR compliant. 

Working week is 36.25 hours Monday to Friday. We offer Hybrid working (up to 2 days working from home per week).

The Administrator for the Mid Term Rental team is a pay zone level A2 - Which gives you a salary of upto £20,000 plus £1,100 bonus and superb corporate benefits

We operate a hybrid working option, this gives you up to 2 days working from home per week; You will be eligible, once training is complete and you are fully competent in the role. About you

We are looking for a friendly, team-oriented individual who is organised and can quickly pick up and follow processes. You must have experience of delivering excellent customer service and be proficient in processing data across multiple systems.

Ultimately, this job requires someone with strong administration and communication skills. We want to attract someone who will take real pride in their work to ensure that the customer is receiving the best service possible and that potential improvements are flagged, acknowledged and actioned as we look to grow this business. We need someone who cares about how our customers view us so this is really important.

You will be joining a small but perfectly formed team, so we need someone who is prepared to help out for the good of the team.
