About the role

Sitting in our delivery team, this role is focussed on delivering exceptional customer service by being the link between our Customer and our Suppliers – managing every aspect of the vehicle delivery stage for all our customers.

You will be liaising with our customers on a daily basis, ensuring their vehicle order is correct, keeping them updated on progress and looking after the logistics for each delivery. You will also be in contact with the dealerships who will be supplying the vehicle and, depending on the dealership, working with our third party supplier who act as our delivery partners.

As you will be the main point of contact for the customer, keeping them informed and up to date – you will be dealing with any issues or challenges they may have. Your ultimate goal is to provide exceptional customer service to all parties.

About You

You will be well versed in delivering exceptional customer service – going the extra mile is second nature to you. You’ll be super organised, able to plan and juggle multiple activities with ease, and the fast pace of the role will not phase you! You will be familiar with managing your own caseload and executing activities in order of priority.

Alongside your mastery of managing multiple priorities, your communication skills will also be well-honed – you’ll be able to manage any situation with dealers or customers with a calm attitude and solution focused mindset.

We’re after someone who takes real pride in their work to ensure that the customer is receiving the best service possible and that improvements are flagged, acknowledged and actioned as we look to grow this business.

You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, so you will be someone who is prepared to help out with the good of the team always in the forefront of your mind.

Not shy to share your thoughts in a constructive fashion, you will be comfortable in a corporate environment and will understand the complexities of working for a matrix style organisation. This is a Pay Zone A2 level role, with an annual salary of £19,000, along with an annual bonus of up to £1,000.
