Graduate Insight Analyst - Fixed Term Contract - MAT Leave 

About the role

Sitting in our finance department, the role is part of a hotshot team that constantly monitoring the trends of our future vehicle movements. You will be the numbers guru, the expert and one of the brains that helps us understands the marketplace for tomorrow. 

You will analyse and model the economical and predicted trends of the used car market and be ready to share your highly tuned analysis with the team to validate the future direction of the marketplace, it goes without saying that you will have a good grounding in our markets to ensure deals make commercial sense.

You will work with all areas of the business, staying close to our procurement and remarketing sectors to gain that full understanding of the vision and aligning that with your data analysis before communicating the full picture to underline the benefits across the business. You’ll make recommendations and provide supporting analysis for various committees, and you will also be on hand to provide the latest information regarding the current and future trends.

About You

The right attitude is more important to us than qualifications – so whether you are straight out of uni or have a good grounding in data driven roles, you just need to be smart, on the numbers and pretty sharp with your analytical skills.

You’ll be always willing to ask “why?” and a good communicator who can explain your analysis and proposals clearly and concisely.

You will become a part of the team which supports teams across our organisation, all of whom will want a good explanation that helps them understand the current and future view.

This will mean you will also need to be fluid and agile in your working style, ready to role up your sleeves and jump in on any topic to support your fellow Journey Makers.

Not shy to share your thoughts in a constructive fashion. You will welcome ownership and accountability, be creative and solution focussed.
