About the role

In this role you will join the central Process Improvement team and help drive cross functional process improvements that support enhanced service delivery, growth, efficiency and other key strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Process & Organisation Manager, you will scope, plan and execute various improvement projects across the business. You will deliver a number of projects (of varying sizes and complexity) a year whilst also providing training, coaching and support that enables business areas to improve quality and exercise continuous improvement. Often, you will be juggling several at a time.

Depending on the project, there may be a need to travel to our other offices in the UK, or to Arval head office in Paris. Additional duties will include coaching teams in Lean & CI techniques and Visual Performance Management as part of our internal Lean deployment. You will champion the identification, design and delivery of process improvement initiatives and ensure post implementation benefits are monitored and measured.

Salary range of £35-43,000 plus superb benefits including car/car allowance.

This role is eligible for Hybrid working (up to 2 days working from home per week). The manager is happy to consider and discuss specific flex working needs at interview.

About you

As a Lean practitioner you will have a number of completed projects in your portfolio that have delivered tangible benefits and change whilst delighting your customer. If this has been in the leasing or finance sectors, then so much the better. You will be a natural networker, able to build strong lasting relationships across all business areas and at all levels. Able to quickly understand business objectives and priorities. We need someone experienced in applying the principles of Lean, Visual Performance Management, A3 Problem Solving, Flow Management, Waste Reduction and Coaching. You will also be experienced in facilitating workshops to map current and future processes and have the analytical/statistical skills to make recommendations for improvement. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be icing on the cake!

This is a Pay Zone B2 role with a salary range of £35-43,000 plus an annual bonus (up to £4,200) and the choice of a fully maintained Company Car (or annual cash allowance of £5,000).
