Robotics Engineer

We are Europe’s No.1 vehicle leasing provider with a clear vision for sustainable mobility. Mobility is as simple as someone moving from point A to point B, however and whenever they chose. Research shows us that for 2021 and beyond, developing existing products and introducing new ones into the mix is what our customers want. Luckily, at Arval, we have an excellent pedigree in mobility. Listening, changing and evolving are also strengths.

With our new Arval Beyond strategy, we look forward to offering the sustainable, flexible and cost effective solutions our customers want. We are proud to say that our customers will continue to be our priority.

Culturally, we are a friendly bunch - more human, than corporate. We expect a lot but know that works both ways so offer our Journey Makers all the support they need. Going forward this will include a flexible approach with split office/ home working options too. When we are back in, you will find our offices inviting, relaxed and refreshing.

Arval: For the many journeys in life

About the role

Exciting times and challenges lay ahead in the mobility marketplace. To safeguard our leading position in the UK and Europe, we are continually looking to improve our competitiveness. With a very successful 1st year behind us, our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team are looking to expand. This growth role will focus on Production support. Your task will be to ensure all bots are ran, managed (within SLA’s) and optimised to full potential. You will be joining the strategic RPA team at an exciting time as we continue to roll out Automation Anywhere (AA) BOTS in 2021 via an ambitious roadmap.

Using our Automation Anywhere (AA) software, you will work with our Process Improvement team to review all business processes and so help deliver process efficiencies that will enhance our customer experience. Your initial focus will be on Production support. Over time (and after full training) there will be opportunities to work on all aspects of RPA from development to configuration & administration. This should see you progressing to subject matter expert, providing consultancy on the automation possibilities of the AA tool to the Process Improvement team.
