About the role
Exciting times and challenges lay ahead in the mobility marketplace. To safeguard our leading position in the UK and Europe, we are continually looking to improve our competitiveness. With a very successful 1st year behind us, our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team are looking to expand. This growth role will focus on Production support. Your task will be to ensure all bots are ran, managed (within SLA’s) and optimised to full potential. You will be joining the strategic RPA team at an exciting time as we continue to roll out Automation Anywhere (AA) BOTS in 2021 via an ambitious roadmap.
Using our Automation Anywhere (AA) software, you will work with our Process Improvement team to review all business processes and so help deliver process efficiencies that will enhance our customer experience. Your initial focus will be on Production support. Over time (and after full training) there will be opportunities to work on all aspects of RPA from development to configuration & administration. This should see you progressing to subject matter expert, providing consultancy on the automation possibilities of the AA tool to the Process Improvement team.
Pay Zone level B1
If you already have RPA software experience then great, however, this isn’t vital as full training will be provided. What you will have is a passion to learn and an analytical and logical mind-set that is intrigued to understand how technology can help drive a business forward.
We will be looking for you to evidence a natural ability for this line of work so it is expected that you will have experience interpreting and producing high quality and accurate information and of creating and using complex Excel spreadsheets that include complex macro’s and formulas. You will also need to show us that you can come up with creative solutions, are keen to push yourself and are able to work in a challenging environment whilst looking to satisfy your customer. Tons of enthusiasm and a real team spirit are also vital for your success in these roles.
