About the role

This role will demand the very best of your Sales and Customer Relationship Building skills, both externally and internally. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of some of our Corporate Customers’ accounts by providing them with expert knowledge and advice on suitable vehicle leasing options to satisfy their individual requirements.  By developing strong relationships with these customers, you will be able to maximise sales potential and so ensuring we deliver a value added service that gives us profitable outcomes. You will also primarily act as the day to day lead on account team activities, manage workflow, call and email distribution within the team and support the Team Manager in providing ‘in the moment’ coaching to other Account Managers.

About you

We are looking for an outstanding Account Manager.  The best of the best, as you will manage and develop new customer relationships, exploiting cross selling and up selling opportunities.

You will enjoy exceeding sales and productivity targets, both individually and as a team through first class service delivery whilst maintaining commercial and customer awareness.  You will be an excellent team player used to working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of all that is thrown at you whilst demonstrating complete professionalism and tact.
