About the role 

In this role you will be responsible for identifying New Business Corporate Customers and converting a pipeline into new Arval business. Potential clients will be a complex mix of corporate business – with a broad range of requirements, but all with very high expectations. You will establish strong credible relationships quickly, identify opportunities and working with internal stakeholders, provide solutions. Every client will have its own uniqueness and complexity that will make every sale and day different.

In this role you will be based from home and will be given a complete home working kit. We are happy for you to be based anywhere in the UK.

This role comes with a basic salary range of £31,500-50,000 plus £16,820 OTE commission which is uncapped!

About you

We are looking for a credible New Business specialist with substantial success in face to face sales.  From identifying opportunities and handling leads to establishing rapport and creating business, your expertise will be clear for all to see. Ideally, you will have automotive industry sector experience: leasing/fleet industry knowledge would clearly be icing on the cake! However, we will also consider someone from outside the industry who is willing to learn, so long as you have the external sales experience.

Whether talking to external clients or internal stakeholders, your natural charm and influencing skills make you instantly likable and credible. The ability to quickly understand customer requirements and then help shape a bespoke solution will also set you apart. Along with your ability to work in partnership with colleagues.

You’ll also need to take a long-term view for the customer and Arval and so think strategically with a keen commercial eye whilst providing the customer with an incredible experience.

This is a Pay Zone B2 role with a salary range of £31,500 to £50,000 plus £16,820 OTE commission which is uncapped and a choice of fully maintained Company Car.
