Talk to us about your LCV requirements

We'll arrange an initial consultation between you and one of our specialist consultants to find you the best options for your fleet and will create a package tailored to your business's needs.

You'll be set-up on our system so we can place your order with the dealer who will ensure that your vehicles are converted to the agreed specification before they're sent out for delivery.

We've got you covered

Maintenance

Our maintenance package helps reduce any unexpected costs and ensures that your vehicles are properly maintained. We also offer an additional downtime management service to help get your vans back on the road with minimal delay. By paying a fixed monthly amount, you're covered for any routine work due to occur during your contract term as well as maintenance repairs, breakdown and any worn items.

Mid term rental

We have a wide range of LCV available for a period of between one and 24 months, that can be delivered to you from as little as 48 hours notice. All you need to do is simply let us know what term and mileage you need and we'll handle the rest.

Short term rental

If you need a vehicle for between one and 28 days, we have the answer. With access to a network of over 70,000 LCVs, we can locate the right vehicle for your specific needs. Our vehicles are quickly available through our network of over 700 locations across the UK.

Arval Total Care

A simple and inclusive solution providing an insured lease vehicle. From fixed monthly rentals to damage to your vehicle or a third party, Arval Total Care offers a wide range of protection benefits for your fleet.

Arval Active Link

Arval Active Link is our core telematics service, with the choice to add optional modules such as Active Routing which provides real-time GPS positions. This unique solution gives you access to intuitive information which can be tailored to your needs, and is designed to be fully integrated with our other products and services.

Accident Management

A fully managed service to proactively assist in handling every incident from start to finish, including vehicle recovery as well as repairs and insurance claims, saving time and money through in-house control of all processes by our expert team.

Frequently Asked Questions

What additional services do you offer alongside funding the van?
We offer a comprehensive suite of products and services including Maintenance, Arval Total Care, Accident Management, Downtime Management and Telematics.
Can I use my local repairer to do the work?
If you take our maintenance product, we have a network of Arval approved dealers who meet our high standards of service that we use to maintain and repair our vans. We will arrange to have your van repaired either by a dealer or arrange for a mobile repair service at your location.
Can I have a contract that excludes tyres?
Our maintenance contracts are totally flexible, so can include or exclude tyres as required.
Do I get a like for like replacement vehicle if my van breaks down?
If your van breaks down, it will be repaired at the roadside or recovered by the AA. If the van cannot be driven, you will be provided with a courtesy vehicle for up to 48 hours - this may not be like for like. If after 48 hours it is still not driveable, you can liaise with Arval to hire a suitable replacement at competitive rates until your van is available again.
Do you offer a comprehensive breakdown recovery service?
Yes, Arval partner with the AA who are the biggest breakdown company with the largest fleet of roadside assistance and recovery vehicles in the UK.
Can you offer advice on van selection and specification?
Our LCV Centre of Excellence has experts on hand to talk you through the process of selecting the right van for the work you do, specified with the right level of equipment to maximise the efficiency of your business.
Does your fleet management network cover the whole of the UK?
Yes, our network of service and repair agents for vehicles, tyres, glass and additional ancillary items all offer national UK coverage for Arval customers.
Can you offer advice on the latest legislation and compliance with industry standards?
As well as providing guides and reports with the latest information, our LCV Centre of Excellence has experts available to answer your questions about any specific van regulations or legislation.
