As you would expect, all are maintained to the highest standards.

Our costs are clear and transparent with Road Fund Licence included and there is reduced financial risk with our free “No Loss of Use” service and invoicing is consolidated for greater control over your rental spend. We will even help you track and understand the different reasons for your rental bookings and how they fit into your overall fleet management strategy, helping you to make sure that you are only booking vehicles when they are really needed. How do I make a booking?

We have made the process of making a booking as simple and hassle free as possible. You can call or email us, or book online. Quoting your unique customer reference number will insure your policy requirements are applied to all your bookings. 

Do rates include insurance and VAT?

No. Arval rates exclude insurance, VAT, and any supplementary charges.

Do Arval charge for delivery & collection?

Yes. Arval charge £5 for delivery and collection to a business address and £8 to home address. 

Can I have a vehicle delivered 'Out of Hours'?

Yes, Arval chages a supplementary fee of £12.50 for delivery and collection.

** Out of Hours relates to deliveries outside of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 12pm on Saturday **


Do Arval charge to re-fuel a return vehicle?

Yes. Arval charge the national average pump price plus 20%.
