DOES YOUR VEHICLE HAVE GLASS DAMAGE?

If you need a glass repair or windscreen replacement, we can help. But please note that the cost is only included in your contract if you’re an Arval Total Care customer.

Glass protection is included in your contract, so please call 0370 419 7000 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.15pm) to arrange.

However, you will be responsible for paying a glass CIC (Customer Incident Charge) where it is necessary to replace the glass – please check your contract to find out how much this charge is.

No charge applies where the glass can be repaired. A replacement vehicle is not included as part of your contract.

If you are not an Arval Total Care customer, we recommend contacting your insurer - many car insurance policies cover glass repair and/or replacement.

If you’d like Arval to arrange your glass repair and you aren’t an Arval Total Care customer, we may be able to help - but the service will be chargeable.

Charges will automatically be billed to you. If you’d like to go ahead, please call 0370 419 7000 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.15pm) to arrange. A replacement vehicle is not included as part of your contract.

**Arval has a “Fair Play” policy on car tyres. This means that damaged tyres will be replaced inside the maintenance budget. Replacements on commercial vehicles or in the event of abuse, neglect, theft or vandalism will be recharged at a percentage based on the tread remaining.
