If you need a courtesy vehicle, please remember to take your driving license, national insurance number and a copy of your insurance certificate along with you to your selected garage. Your insurance will need to be fully comprehensive to allow you to access this service.
For courtesy vehicles and collection and delivery services for routine maintenance (subject to garage availability), garages require a minimum of 10 working days’ notice.

Lead times may be longer than normal and we would ask that when booking you provide 3 available dates with at least two dates being 10 working days plus in advance, to try and ensure that you are able to get your request accepted as smoothly as possible.
