What should I do if I experience an issue with my vehicle?

If you are experiencing any technical issues with your vehicle i.e. warning lights, start up issues, concerns around warranty, please contact your Customer Service Team and select the relevant option. This will direct you to our Technical Team who can assist with next steps.

What should I do if I need replacement glass or repair?

We recommend contacting your insurer in the first instance. Alternatively, Arval can organise this for you and will automatically bill you for the cost. If you are an Arval Total Care customer – please phone the Arval driver line and choose the glass option.

Who provides breakdown cover for my lease car?

The breakdown cover for your car is provided by the Automobile Association (AA). If you need breakdown assistance please call 0370 600 4499.
