Business Owner / Director
If you no longer require an LMR vehicle after booking, please cancel within the booking platform at least two (2) hours before the intended pickup time. Otherwise, the reservation will automatically be labelled as a no-show and cancelled within the booking system 24 hours after the scheduled pick-up time.
Set a realistic 'return date and time' that allows for contingencies that may impact drop-off. If you need to keep the vehicle longer, extend your reservation in the app.
You may drop off the vehicle before the reservation end date. To ensure accurate billing, close the rental in the Ridecell app.
Return the vehicle to the same delivery station where it was picked up to avoid relocation charges.
Amazon, Arval and You
The most important thing is that a special framework agreement has been concluded for you so that we can offer you the best conditions for operating under the Amazon DSP programme.
As a result, Arval provides you with the agreed leased vehicles and accompanies you through the entire life cycle of the contract. As a general rule, you as the lessee and your drivers are always obliged to comply with the requirements of the framework agreement (e.g. Inspections) and to comply with your obligations as a contractual partner. You can also read all the details of the cost processing in your contract documents.
As a selected DSP, you can book conveniently an LMR vehicle via the online portal- Ridecell and use the vehicles whenever you need them.
The daily cost is included in your LMR agreement.

- Book the vehicles through an online portal- Ridecell
- Use the Arval Car Sharing App to access the LMR vehicles on-site
- Sign and return the LMR contract to opt in to use the Programme
- Once you opt in, you will receive 2 set of loggings:
- 1x User Loging to access online platform- Ridecell
- 5x Driver’s accounts & Passwords for your drivers to access Arval Car Sharing App,
- Via Ridecell Portal, you can book vehicles for a period of 1 day up to 14 days:
- Log into Ridecell using the User Credentials received
- Check your DSP <Code+Name> is showing under Service
- Under Activity> Scheduled Rentals> Click +Create Scheduled rentals
- Under “Customer” type amz to pre-populate the list of 5x Driver’s Accounts emails sent to you, eg: amz+(DSPcode)_1@ridecell.com
- Select a Driver account email and complete the booking form,
- Vehicle Registration will show 8 hours before actual booking time
- Reservation will go live 10 min before actual booking time
- Inform your Driver to download the Arval Fleet Sharing App
- Share the Password to the Driver’s account email used with your driver, eg: Password received for amz+(DSPcode)_1@ridecell.com
- Inform your Driver to log into the App using the same driver email as per booking form and the shared password
Once you are on-boarded, we will send you a link to MyArval portal, where you can access and review your invoices. All LMR payments are made via Direct Debit method.

All vehicles are parked at the dedicated LMR car parking at the DS. Please ask for the Field POC on-site to direct you or contact the LMR team on 0345 266 5052 (option 5) to speak to your Amazon account manager, or email amazonlmr@arval.co.uk for further assistance.
The App is designed to access & unlock reserved vehicles, take mandatory pictures, open & close rentals.
Once you access the vehicle, use the key as normal to lock & unlock the vehicle. The key must be returned to the glove compartment at the end of the rental.
Important: LMR vehicles are fitted with a quick locking system so please make sure you always have the key with you.

No, at the end of the rental period, you will need to close the rental and start a new booking. There is no guarantee you will retain the same registration.
At the end of the rental, you will need to advise your driver to return the vehicle to the same pick-up DS, close the reservation in the App, take mandatory pictures, records any damages, and return the key to the glove compartment.
No, you will need to add the vehicle into your own insurance policy.

All LMR vehicles are accessed via the Arval Car Sharing app (the digital Key), once you unlock the vehicle, the key is in the glove compartment.
Driver
You can access LMR vehicles via Arval Fleet Sharing App as follow:
- Driver will need to download the Arval Fleet Sharing App- see icon
- Driver will need to enter LMRUK as community name
- Driver will need to log in using one of the Driver’s accounts credentials sent
- Driver will then use the App as the digital key to unlock/access the pre-booked vehicles at the Amazon station,
- Once unlocked, the key is in the glove compartment to then use as normal
