EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ARVAL TOTAL CARE
We are not providing personal injury cover for the driver, however any Third Party passengers would be included within the policy.
In the event of a non-fault incident, we will be able to facilitate any injury claims incurred to the driver or any passengers as part of the loss recovery process via the third party insurer.
Personal belongings are not included with Arval Total Care and any costs incurred as a result of misfuelling, including AdBlue, are not covered and will be recharged to you.
Arval Total Care does not cover any damage caused as a result of driving through standing flood water. Any associated costs will be recharged to you.
Additional drivers can drive your vehicle subject to meeting the minimum criteria below and any additional restrictions that form part of your company car policy.
- Minimum 20 years of age (this can be flexible as required)
- Drivers to hold a valid full UK/EU licence for minimum 1 year
- Have not been advised to stop driving by DVLA/medical practitioner due to medical reasons
In the event of an incident where it is considered that your driver was at fault, you’ll need to pay a CIC.
This includes any claim where we’re unable to recover costs from a third party.
The CIC cost will be agreed as part of the overall ATC pricing offer.
You are entitled to a courtesy car for the duration of the vehicle repair subject to availability and the repairer’s conditions.
Please note that this will not be a like-for-like replacement of your existing lease vehicle.
If an incident is considered non-fault and there is a known third party, we will try to provide a like-for-like replacementvehicle through our non-fault hire partner, Auxillis. Please note that this is subject to acceptance.
