Frequently Asked Questions
Can I put my own decals and equipment on the van?
We know how important branding is, so you can add decals and kit to the van, providing they are removed and any damage is made good at the end of the contract.
Can I include maintenance on my cranes and fridge motors within the monthly rental?
Yes, we can include a maintenance package for additional ancillary equipment within your monthly rental.
Can I lease racking as part of the monthly van lease?
Yes, the cost of additional or specialist equipment can be included in the lease, with the cost spread over the duration of the contract.
At the end of the contract can I re-use the racking?
If the racking was purchased by you, rather than leased from Arval, then you're free to remove it and use it elsewhere, provided any damage to the vehicle is made good. If the racking was bought by Arval and then included in the lease, please talk to us about the potential for using it on your next leased van to reduce costs.
Do you cater for van conversions?
We can offer almost any converted van you can think of, from tippers to minibuses, and welfare vans to cherry pickers. There is understandably an additional charge, but this can be included in the lease with the cost spread over the duration of the contract.
Are additional conversions or equipment covered under warranty?
Any additional converted items or ancillary equipment will be covered under the specific warranty for those products.
