What should I do if my vehicle will not charge?
If you think that the vehicle is not charging correctly we would recommend you try an alternative charge point and/or cable. If the issue persists, we recommend that the vehicle is booked into a main dealership for inspection. My electric vehicle isn’t doing the range I expected?
Vehicle range is variable based on environmental driving conditions and systems being operated, e.g. lights and auxiliaries, so you may not always achieve the manufacturer’s maximum range.
If you have any concerns, we recommend that you have the vehicle inspected at a main dealership.
